For those who choose to study Physical Education because they love actually getting out there and playing sport, the theory aspect of the subject can sometimes be seen as a drag. As a semi-professional sportsperson, I firmly believe that having a good understanding about exercise physiology, skill learning and biomechanics has helped me in my sporting endeavours. My goal is to share this with students to help them on their own journey.
