I’ve been teaching Physical Education and Food technology for over 20 years and I have a strong back ground in theory lessons, particularly anatomy and physiology.
I teach aerobics and fitness classes which can be taught online for others to deliver.

I teach theory content with lots of visual aids and practical examples that help embed your subject knowledge. This is for GCSE and A level theory. Practical lessons for improving fitness or delivery of practical lessons are pitched so that you can learn how to do certain moves and routines. All abilities catered for.
