About Gemma
I am passionate about fitness and lead by example with this. I come from a competitive sports back ground and now predominantly weight train and support mums on their pre/postnatal fitness through my Personal Training work.
Inspiring others on their fitness learning journey is what i love to do.
In the last 15 yearsI have not only taught students but also trained other teachers and acted as a consultant in schools to develop staff and curriculums.
I love what i do and pride myself on getting results.

I am passionate about teaching and love supporting people on their learning journey.
I teach from age 12 up to adults.
My approach to teaching is a two way approach, we learn best when we are fully engaged in the process. I like to ask questions to check for learning and make learning relatable to the student, we all learn differently!
Lessons last between 30-45 minutes via zoom.I am a fully qualified secondary PE teacher with over 15 years experience within this field.
