About Kelly
I’m Kelly Buchanan, a professional photographer, educator, and creative with 15 years of experience behind the camera and in the photography industry.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to photograph clients around the world, rebuild my business multiple times, teach photographers at conferences and industry events, and work alongside some of the biggest brands in the photography industry.
My passion, however, goes beyond creating beautiful images — I love helping other photographers understand the “why” behind the image.
I specialize in creative lighting, off-camera flash, posing, maternity, and creative portraits, alongside specializing in newborns and building a profitable photography business. My teaching style is hands-on, straightforward, and designed to help you actually apply what you learn.
