About Shane
At Westmont I was the Distinguished Vice President of Phi Sigma Tau (Philosophy Honor Society) 2018 with outstanding achievement in academics and community involvement. Became proficient in Critical Reasoning and Logic, Epistemology, 19th and 18th Century Philosophy, Philosophy of the Aesthetics, Epistemology, and Free Will. I specialized in Free Will and wrote my thesis on Molinism for Senior Seminar. I also have a special interest in Ethics and took a war and reconciliation ethics course in Northern Europe.

I am driven to give students a greater love for wisdom and I enjoy teaching how to evaluate the costs and benefits that accrue when you take up a certain philosophical position.
One of my former ethics student's papers was recommended by his professor to become a sample of excellent writing for the class.
