About Irjane Eunice
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English Education, where I have developed a strong foundation in language teaching, communication, and learner-centered instruction. Through my academic training and tutoring experiences, I have learned that every student has unique strengths, challenges, and ways of learning.
I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students reach their full potential. As an English Education student, I believe that learning becomes meaningful when students feel supported, encouraged, and actively involved in the process. My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and adapted to each learner's needs, pace, and learning style. I use a variety of techniques such as guided practice, questioning, discussion, reading activities, and real-life examples to make lessons engaging and easier to understand.
A typical lesson begins with a warm-up activity to activate prior knowledge, followed by a clear explanation of the topic, guided exercises, independent practice, and constructive feedback. I also value patience and positive reinforcement, especially when working with learners who need extra confidence and encouragement.
