About Heather
Hello! I'm Heather, and I have a genuine passion for science, education, and helping others discover their potential. I love making learning enjoyable and believe that curiosity is one of the greatest tools for success. My goal is to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy cooking, gardening, hiking, and spending time with my family and pets. I believe these interests help me connect with students and bring enthusiasm and real-world examples into my lessons.

I tailor each lesson to the student's learning style, pace, and goals, creating a supportive environment that builds both confidence and understanding. With a PhD in Zoology (Molecular Ecology), a PGCE, and five years of tutoring experience, I explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
I teach in English and offer lessons in Biology, Life Sciences, Zoology, Genetics, and Ecology for high school and undergraduate students. Lessons include concept explanations, guided practice, and exam preparation, all adapted to each student's individual needs.
