About Carey
Researcher of historical french musical topics at the doctoral level at the University of Glasgow, continuing a research topic from the Université de Toulouse where I did my graduate work, and taught English to French students from the early start to Associate degree level.
I have a Master of Arts from a French university connected to music, from the Université de Toulouse.
I did my Bachelor of Arts in French at the University of Mount Union (a small private school in the US).

I try to use practical methods to teach a living language. I emphasize discussing in a practical sense where it can be done and when need be focus on the grammar to make speaking easier. I can offer musical listening session to discuss lyrics of songs and examine what we think it means.
However I believe as a teacher or tutor to be adaptable and meet the needs of the student and tailor based on learning style.

Details
With a cancellation made more than 12 hours in advance there is no fee associated, if I am not provided notice for a cancelled session I will charge half a full lesson so £8.50.
