About Éléonore
I am a PhD student, with the French "agrégation" in biology and certified in mathematics. I've been teaching for over 5 years, including helping hyperactive students, dyslexic, gifted .. who began to drop out school.
I am otherwise interested in different approaches to teaching and popularizing science.

I assume that understanding and motivation are the foundation of any success. I take the lessons with the student to be sure that he understood and took the concept, before giving him tools to be autonomous and confident in the exercises.
The precise methods depend on each student, and also his/her expectations (catch back the classes level, improve his grades, learn more about a subject that interests him/her...). I often try to present the same subject under different axes to catch the curiosity and interest of the student, and allow him/her to appropriate and remember the ideas studied.
I also give general methodological advice.
