About Erini
I am a PhD student at Caltech studying biochemistry and molecular biophysics. I have performed research in different areas including protein biochemistry, molecular biology, plant physiology, and analytical chemistry. For fun, I participate in field surveys cataloging native and endemic plants in the wild and enjoy outreach to grade school students, giving them hands-on opportunities to engage in science.

I believe that students learn best when they recite or explain their lessons themselves, so I often encourage students to explain their notes or what they learned to me and, by doing so, we can determine any specific information deficits and reinforce those topics through step-by-step problem solving and discussion-based methods.
I have tutored all levels for middle school, high school, and undergraduate courses.
