Hello, I am Dr Uriel Martinez-Hernandez.
I am passionate for teaching, learning and research in topics such as Programming, Robotics, Machine Learning, Intelligent Systems. I am also Director of Studies of MSc in Robotics & Autonomous Systems at the University of Bath, UK.
I am also the leader of the Multimodal Interaction and Robot Active Perception (inte-R-action) research lab at the University of Bath, UK.

In my teaching approach, first I analyse the way you learn to better prepare my classes for you. In my classes, I provide theory and practice together with demos to better explain concepts and show the way you can apply them in real situations. I also follow the 5E model for my teaching: engage, explore, explain, elaborate and evaluate.
Typically, the length of my classes is 1 hour.
I am Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), UK, that certifies my capability to teach.
