About Huw
I am a PhD qualified Chemist who has worked for more than 30 years across a range of specialisms in the Chemical Industry both home and abroad. Apart from the academic aspects of the subject I try to bring the subject to life by using examples from my work experience to make Chemistry exciting and relevant. I have been tutoring Chemistry for 5 years.

My preference is online tutoring to A-level Chemistry students or equivalent e.g. International IB. My tutorials are tailored to the needs of the tutee and can either be focussed around teaching supported by written notes that are provided electronically, or problem solving and applying knowledge of topics to interpret and solve examination questions, or a mixture of the two.
