About May
Although I have PhD it is important to communicate advanced concepts at a basic level so anyone can understand. I am most happy when a lightbulb goes on in your head, and I will be patient until that happens. Teaching is two-way , if my student is not getting it, I am responsible.

I will distill the concepts to a basic level, using various relatable analogies and ask the student to explain it back to me, so we are in sync. Teaching is a 2 way communication, it is imperative to have in put and out put, not just information going in one direction. Until it comes back to me it is not a complete circuit.
