About David
In a classroom setting, I make sure that each student can work every problem by heavy use of the whiteboard. I try to overcome student shyness by having the student perform at the board before his/her peers. I NEVER berate a student for failure, but encourage by giving helpful hints as required.

I build my course on the textbook that each student is using, so I am staying in synch with his/her school course. When teaching Mathematics, I emphasize working problems ahead of theory. My goals are proficiency and competence to perform well in state standardized tests.
