About Julia
I am a history and literature student, specialising in medieval Scottish history. I have mentored IB students for the past 3 years, and managed to help improve their study techniques. I also have experience in archival work with medieval history, such as working with manuscripts. I have also been President of the Photography society in the University of Aberdeen and brought in a record number of members and taught them new skills in photography.

I offer multiple study techniques for history as I know it can be difficult to remember many dates, names, places and construct history essays that have a proper flow and structure to them. I make sure I work with my students and help with all aspects of history study, as well as helping students with memorisation techniques and essay writing. I provide feedback for essays and work with all my students to reach their best potential in the subject. Feedback is given promptly and I discuss it all with the students.

Rates alter if you wish for shorter lessons or longer lessons e.g. if you only want to do 30mins per session my rate is £15, however if you want a 90 min session my rate is £35.
