I hold a PhD in Indian Languages, Literature, and Civilization and have been teaching Hindi at the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO - Paris) at undergraduate level for several years.

I have taught Hindi to hundreds of students so far, both in group classes and private lessons. My students have included professionals working in companies, diplomats, civil servants, yoga teachers, and travelers preparing to visit India.

I can help you achieve a wide range of India-related goals, including:

I am based in Paris, but I have lived and studied in India for several years and continue to return there regularly.

During my time in India, I completed a Master's degree taught entirely in Hindi, focusing on both Hindi literature and the Hindi language itself, including linguistics, grammar, and language evolution.

I hold a bilingual Bachelor's degree in Hindi and Sanskrit, as well as two Master's degrees, one from an Indian university (Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya) and the other from INALCO in Paris.

I maintain strong connections with India, both professionally and academically.

My interests range from India's economic and social development to its philosophical traditions. I also serve as Deputy Secretary General of an Indo-French business association, which has enabled me to build a broad professional network.

About the lesson

After more than ten years of studying Hindi and several years spent living in India, I have developed a teaching method designed to make understandable what may seem unfamiliar to speakers of European languages, while helping students discover the beauty of Hindi.

I welcome learners of all levels and can help you develop every aspect of the language:

• Learning the alphabet and Devanagari script (optional)
• Written expression
• Spoken expression
• Reading comprehension
• Listening comprehension

Depending on your level, we can explore a wide range of topics, including reading and discussing Hindi-language news (economics, politics, and geopolitics), as well as discovering Hindi literature and Indian philosophy (in Hindi or French).

I remain fully available to answer your questions. I have developed a wide range of learning resources myself, including grammar explanations, exercises, videos, and audio materials, to support your learning journey in a clear and relaxed way.
