About Laura
I believe enjoyment comes from understanding, and even if biology isn't your thing, understanding the content will make it much easier to remember! Exams are daunting, and my teaching style will give tips and tricks on how to remember certain things, the best way to revise, and best of all, it's all at your pace. I have experience tutoring a range of students from KS2 to A-level.

My lessons are informal and relaxed - they are not a test. Set over one or two hours, we will begin by introducing the session topic through a chat about what you know already, and identify weaker areas. We will then go through content together, pausing to digest the information, ask questions, and explore tricky sections in further detail. Then, we will take a look at how we can apply the knowledge to exam-style questions. However, I am completely open to adapting this structure to any way that works for you!
