About Claudia
Learn to love English with me!!!!
I have always loved tutoring and teaching, particularly the subject that I love the most: English. It was to study more deeply the huge variety of themes and styles that the English literary works provide that I came to England, in September 2016, to read English literature at University, where I graduated with a 1:1 and obtained a prize for best dissertation in the humanities. Currently, I am a full-time tutor and Phd student, having finished the MA in English Studies at Durham with a 1:1, deepening my knowledge of the subject that I adore.
My pupils have always been satisfied and I can proudly affirm that they have improved with my lessons. The experience has been fundamental for me, and it gave me the opportunity to meet amazing people. They helped me to refuse schemes, trying to find a different teaching method for each of them, adapting to their needs and necessities.Between 2017-2019 I have taught the English GCSE to home-schooled children, and I am happy to affirm that they aced their exams!
I am an energetic, active and self-confident person, able to establish great work relationships as well as friendships. I am confident I will fulfill the expectations and that I am ideal for the position.
