Unpack and simplify. Create an open environment where you feel comfortable and all my effort to help. Assess the Student’s Needs Observe and ask questions to understand the student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. Use quick diagnostic tasks or informal discussions to pinpoint gaps. Simplify Concepts Break down complex ideas into small, clear steps. Use real-life examples and analogies that connect with the student’s interests. Avoid unnecessary jargon—keep explanations straightforward. Work Through the Problem Together Demonstrate first. Solve an example together, guiding the student step by step. Let the student try independently with support as needed. Provide Immediate Feedback Give constructive, simple feedback—what worked, what to improve. Reinforce progress and encourage effort. Lessons are 1hr. Any age, any level. I have taught all.
