About Perla
High scores do not always translate to easy success in competitive medical school admissions. I discovered this during my own path to the Perelman School of Medicine.
After scoring 520 plus on my MCAT, I dedicated 6 years to tutoring biology full time. I have guided 59 students through the complexities of CELL BIOLOGY and PHYSIOLOGY. I also focus heavily on MITOSIS AND MEIOSIS and GENETICS AND INHERITANCE.
My practice includes HUMAN ANATOMY and MICROBIOLOGY. We will explore ENZYMES AND METABOLISM along with ECOLOGY AND ECOSYSTEMS. EVOLUTION AND NATURAL SELECTION are core topics in my syllabus. I have worked with hundreds of students who find these subjects overwhelming.
