About Olivia
Hello, I'm Olivia Masi, a PhD Student in Economics at the European University Institute. I'm in my third year and my core research interests are applied microeconomics with a focus on gender and education. For the last few years, I've taught Italian Master and PhD students courses in Mathematics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Econometrics, with outstanding results. I have also been a Teaching Assistant in Microeconomics III (Information Economics) for Economics at the EUI. I am an Italian Native speaker, but I am fluent in English and used to discussing, teaching and presenting ideas in English, as my PhD in International with students coming from all over the world, and held entirely in English.

My classes are very interactive and really depend on what you need! I am very flexible and patient. In years of teaching, I found that the best length of a lesson is between 1.5 and 2 hours. I have a very long experience as a private tutor and teaching assistant. My lessons are for any level from Bachelor's degree preparation to PhD Level.
