About Nikesh
I’ve worked in the real world and understand the importance of being prepared and on time so you can rely on me to always uphold those standards. I consider myself very respectful and mindful of people’s time and will be as efficient as I can. I have recieved my undergraduate degree in biology, a master's in physiology and biophysics, and now I am currently in pharmacy school. I have been through so much education that I have figured out my way of not only learning, but also teaching through all of my coursework! After performing several presentations for some of my courses, I've realized I love to teach and even more so I love when my classmates are able to comprehend the concepts I am teaching.

I love to teach and excel at making sure my students are able to retain information effectively! I am extremely passionate about sciences and love to make the information as fun as possible. A few ways I retain information best includes, drawing tables/pictures/concept-maps and using the teach back method. I will explain the concept as simple and straightforward as I can to my student, and have them teach it back to me and see where it is that they need the most help with. I have realized that the teach back method has been the most effective and I am patient enough to review the same concept several times if need be and am always happy to answer any questions along the way.
