I’m a pharmacist and love to support patients and everyone on the importance of medication use to optimise therapy and reduce wastage and abuse of medications, I have various experiences as a pharmacist from hospital, primary care and community pharmacy. I have also volunteered in different capacities and specialties for different organisations to support patients and families with use of medications
