About Caroline

My favorite part of tutoring is helping students find that "Ah ha!" moment when they finally understand something. I will do whatever it takes to get you to that point. Lessons will include many practice problems and examples that can help you relate what you already know to what you need to know. I am patient and will take the time needed to help you as well.

About the lesson

I have found in my years of tutoring experience that going through practice problems is one of the best ways to learn, but I do have the ability to shift to make whatever I am teaching work for you. I will always ask if you are following along or lost throughout the lesson to make sure we can tackle what is most challenging.

She has an amazing approach to teaching that focuses heavily on learning through practice, and she always makes sure I feel confident with both conceptual understanding and problem-solving. Caroline is incredibly adaptable — she consistently adjusts our sessions to focus on my weaker areas, and if there’s ever a topic she’s unsure about, she takes the time outside of our sessions to review it so she can present the most accurate and helpful information. I really appreciate the effort she puts into preparing for each session, as well as her broad knowledge across so many subjects.
