About Rosa
I am a native Spanish speaker who has been living in the UK for over 22 years. I live in the New Forest with my husband (English) and our bilingual 8-year-old daughter. In my free time I enjoy swimming, cooking, developing plant-based and gluten-free recipes, and exploring the beautiful walks in the New Forest with my family. I bring a friendly, patient and positive approach to my teaching, and I love helping students feel confident with Spanish.

I have a teaching degree from Spain and the UK PGCE, with over 10 years’ experience teaching Spanish in UK independent schools. I create relaxed, fun, confidence-building lessons that are fully tailored to each student.
I teach Spanish from Year 3 up to GCSE, A-Level and IB Initio, and I also work with adults learning Spanish for travel, relocation, or business. While living in London, I taught corporate Spanish in different offices, including a group of journalists at The Financial Times.
My teaching style is friendly, structured and supportive. I help students improve grammar, speaking confidence, listening skills and exam technique, using engaging resources that I develop myself.
