I believe that for a child to make progress in their learning you must first give them a reason to be engaged .You need to hook them in and get them excited to learn. I ensure that all lessons are engaging and pitched at the correct level for the unique child. My experience as a teacher has enabled me to gain experience in using a variety of teaching methods. The duration of lessons is dependent on both the age of the child and the subject being taught. While a reading lesson tends to be an intensive half an hour a science, maths or English lesson is generally an hour long with a five minute break. I am happy to teach primary school children of any age.
