I’m a graduate of foreign language and literature (FRENCH) from the university of Port Harcourt, and I have been giving lessons to different classes of persons eg junior secondary school students, business men and women, musicians, artists etc using (1) cooperative learning method eg students will work in small group and have a project or task to complete while I act as a facilitator and observe how well they work in pairs or group to complete the task I set for them. (2) The communicative approach . The idea is to communicate fluently but not necessarily accurately, like learning about classmates for example student could ask questions such as Aimes-tu aller au cinéma? Quel sport peréfères tu? Eg every successful tutoring requires adaptability, energy and humility.
