Teaching Approach
My tutoring is interactive, structured, and exam-focused. I aim to make lessons clear and efficient by:
• Breaking topics into logical, easy-to-follow steps
• Strengthening understanding through active recall and questioning
• Developing strong exam technique using mark schemes and past-paper practice
• Identifying weak areas quickly and addressing them with targeted support
• Encouraging students to explain concepts back to reinforce learning
Each lesson is adapted to the student’s level and learning style, whether they need more support, structure, or challenge.
Lesson Length
Most lessons are 60 minutes, with 90-minute or 2-hour sessions available depending on the student’s goals and workload. Longer sessions are ideal for deeper topic coverage, revision, and exam preparation.
Qualifications & Experience
I achieved Grade 9s in GCSE English, Maths, and all Sciences, giving me a strong academic foundation and a clear understanding of what exam boards expect.
I have over two years of tutoring experience, and my students have consistently shown clear improvement in both confidence and exam performance.
I can also support students below GCSE level, helping them build strong foundations and confidence early on in their learning journey.
