About Sergio David
I am a student of physiotherapy and medicine, I have programmed sports tournaments successfully since 2013, rehabilitated several athletes and physically prepared children, youth and adults in the facilities of the University of La Sabana and the IMRD of Chia. The results have been improved pulmonary cardiology capacity, greater muscle power, better posture and relief of pastoral and painful symptoms such as scoliosis and lumbago in more than 20 adults, 23 high performance athletes and 15 infants.

I'm Sergio, a student of physiotherapy and medicine with 6 years of experience in personalized training, empathic with the person to be treated, I do an exam and anamnesis to know the initial state of the patient and know how much I can physically and mentally demand the person . I use the strengthening of the Core, mostly isokinetic exercises and a lot of proprioception at the beginning to guarantee good posture and good performance.
