About Nancy
I am a national and international level Taekwondo athlete who began training at the age of nine, initially for self-defense, which soon became a competitive passion. Competing at district, state, national, and international levels has shaped my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure while balancing academics. Through Taekwondo, I have developed strong values of leadership, consistency, teamwork, and integrity. I enjoy mentoring others and sharing realistic fitness guidance to help students grow physically, mentally, and confidently.

Along with physical training, I include real-life talks, mindset guidance, and practical motivation to help students stay consistent and confident. Each class is personalized based on individual fitness levels and goals, making it suitable for beginners, students, and adults.
