About Nokuthula

I am a social worker in private practice for more than 25 years. I have worked in the corporate sector as a wellness coach and therapist. I currently run my own wellness business providing employee wellness services, including training and coaching.

About the lesson

I mainly use one-on-one and group methods for coaching and training. My choice of method is dependant on the intended outcome. Coaching can be done perfectly using a one on one method but it can be done in a group setting as well. My choice in need-informed.
