About Padmaja
I am an engineer with MBA in IT. Earlier it was only part time activity for me, but now teaching is my passion. I love engaging with children and see them develop their knowledge from all around them. I teach both in groups as well as individually depending on the student needs.

My teaching methods are simple, wherever the student is weak, I start from there. Basics are very important, so following the text books is my vital methodology, followed by frequent tests and regular homework. I do engage in discussions and assignments and look forward to the student responses to my approach of teaching. If needed, as per student the methods will be altered.
