About Justin
My name is Justin Ton and I am a qualified personal trainer and qualified gymnastics coach. Having represented South Africa on an international level in artistic gymnastics, I can assure you are in the safest & most capable hands during each lesson. I have always had a huge passion for fitness too. I have also competed in numerous bodybuilding/fitness competitions. I specialise is functional training, weight loss, bodybuilding & toning. I have spent 2 years personal training in Dubai and I also attain experience in EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation).
I am here to help you reach your goals but the main goal will always remain a focal point: To become a better version of yourself!

1 on 1 and online personal training and gymnastics lessons. Online (Zoom) lessons are great for following Covid-19 protocols.
All lessons are goal orientated. First lesson/consultation is free of charge where we will spend some time to get to know each other and discuss what your goals are.
Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone up put on some muscle, increase overall muscular and cardiovascular fitness or just simply learn how to become more mobile by stretching better - this is the place to be.
The main goal is to simply become a better version of yourself!
