About Sam
I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. With a wide breadth and depth of experience helping real humans of all demographics and physical abilities, to achieve a variety of different fitness goals. I'm passionate about helping people to feel amazing about themselves and I particularly LOVE the power that physical fitness and training can have on someone's sense of confidence and self-esteem, not to mention how powerfully it can improve mental health. That's what it has done for me. I've had a life-long love of exercise and fitness. Honestly sometimes I think I would be a bit lost without it! P.S I'm not perfect, but I am an authentic human being who also cares about connecting with other real humans who have real human struggles. *Please view my profile for details of my exact, correct payment structure* It can be daunting to set out on a mission or New Year's resolution to improve the shape of your body, especially at the gym. So much strange equipment and you feel like you don't know what you're doing! Where to even start, right? Don't do it alone! Invest in yourself with my support to give you the guidance to know exactly WHAT to do to achieve your fitness goals, and also HOW to do it. That will get you going, along the way I'll gently and gradually teach you WHY you're doing what you're doing, because knowledge is power! Lessons with me are simple - you tell me your goals, time availability, schedule, injuries and training preferences and I tailor make you a gym-based programme that, when performed consistently, will 100% get you the results you're after. Then, I go and actually record myself doing every single exercise, demonstrating exactly what to do and how to do it. I tie this in a lovely bow and send it right to you so you can watch this whenever you need it. It's also really important to get feedback to know you're doing the exercises safely and correctly, so if you feel you need this then you're welcome to record yourself doing the exercises and send this to me for review. Finally, accountability! Perhaps the most important part of all! Because what's the point in having the perfect plan, video demonstrations and feedback support if you can't show up to do your workouts consistently. So, once a week we'll have a video call and check-in with where you're at. We'll review your week and make any tweaks necessary to help you stay as consistent and motivated as humanly possible! And, I'm also really flexible, so I'm happy to do weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payment, so that you don't have to take out a mortgage just to get started :) Get in touch and let's talk over a call to see if we're a good fit and we'll go from there. I work on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment schedule, which is no-contract and can be cancelled at any time. Commitment is important but so is flexibility. Here's my pricing summary, as it can't quite be conveyed accurately through the default hourly structure given by superprof: Weekly - £50 Bi-weekly - £90 (20% cheaper) Monthly - £160 (25% cheaper) Fee includes purchase of: - 30 Minute kick-start consultation - Tailored exercise programme - 30 Min weekly accountability/coaching check-in call - Support via WhatsApp for feedback, questions and support. In the event of cancelling, your access to training support will expire the day before your next payment was due, meaning you get your money's worth basically! Payments are set up as a recurring payment through Stripe, which you are free to cancel any time!
