About Abbey
My name is Abbey. I am a personal trainer and weightlifter with 5 years of experience.
As somebody who has both lost and gained a lot of weight, I know that a fitness journey is a complicated and unique thing. Building muscle and improving endurance and stamina is acompletely different journey to losing or gaining weight too!
The gym changed my life and my goal is to give back to as many people as I can through helping them become strong and healthy and discovering what that means to them!
