About George
Im George, your potential personal trainer. I started my fitness journey in my late teenage years to free myself from physical and mental weakness. I was out of shape and in a dark place and that part of me died when I took myself to gym and began my fitness journey. I'm doing this because I know there are people who desperately need a coach to help them get out of the mud and feed them life, happiness, and freedom from their own demons. I believe in anyone who wants to start because "where there's a will, there's a way".

My goal for my clients is to give them a change of lifestyle. WE will achieve this by first understanding what your goal is whether it be fat loss, muscle gain or both. Secondly, we will work together to find the correct plan to achieve this goal that you have. Thirdly, we'll consistently endure 45 minutes of the right exercises each session to reach your goal. Anyone who is struggling physically and mentally will highly benefit from my program and excel in life. I love to work with bigger people who need someone to teach, motivate, discipline, and encourage them to free themselves of insecurity, fatigue, and shame. WE WILL WORK TOGETHER!
