About Andrii
I have been working out for nearly 4 years and I have been training other people to help them in achieving their individual goals throughout this period of time.
Exercising can be a lot of fun especially if you are doing something you really like and you can feel how you progress.
I can help to figure out what works for you and to provide with all the necessary information which might be helpful in order to progress faster and also to avoid injuries.
