About Carlos Augusto
I have experiences with special populations, elderly, hypertensive, cardiac, injured, pre and post surgical, pre and postpartum, sarcopenic, people with some type of limitation of joint mobility, obese and people with low physical fitness. I worked in a gym specializing in these populations and conventional academy, I did internships in physical activity adapted for Paralympic paddlers, I have a functional training course, certified internationally in personal training by World Top Trainers.

I am a personal trainer currently pursuing postgraduate rehabilitation of injuries and musculoskeletal diseases. I am a full instructor of the STS method of physical conditioning and I guarantee and show all your results to each class. I apply the method with science and knowledge thus guaranteeing its results and objectives achieved. I make a physical appointment before beginning the interventions, where I make a complete diagnosis of his current physical conditioning, joint mobility and daily functional capacity. I show the results through spreadsheets and graphs. Your goals with me will be achieved. The method exercises are patterns of functional movements that are completely different from conventional academy movements.
