About James
I have been aiding and demonstrated leadership to my peers and other trainers for over two years when it comes to exercise science. Being a personal trainer for over three years and a tennis coach for over four years has lead me through a multitude of personalities and experiences. Each and every client or trainer I know has improved through the open network and education that I have worked hard to master.
