About Conor
My main hobby is the gym and I lift weights every day, I love it! I also enjoy playing football and rugby. I have travelled to many countries and I like to live abroad for long periods of time. I've lived in Thailand, Singapore and now Malaysia. Of course, I absolutely love delicious food from other countries and sharing cultures with new people from all over the world.

Hello, I have over 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and a degree in Health Science. The gym is my big passion so I'm thrilled to be able to guide people on their fitness journey. Training is available for all levels, beginner to advanced. Our typical gym session will be 60 minutes approximately. We will use a variety of training methods depending on your goal. I can travel to Condo gyms or we can train in one of the many excellent gyms in KL. I also offer an online coaching package. Regards, Conor
