About Carola
I am a personal trainer and dancer. I've been working as a coach for over a year and as a dance teacher (hip-hop) for 2 years. I have a Personal Trainer certification, I'm just getting another one. I danced for 13 years in Italy and have several diplomas in ballet, hip-hop and jazz. I am Italian but I have been living in Mexico, Puerto Escondido, for 2 years.

My classes include warm-up and stretching and last about 1 hour. I give private and semi-private classes, and need to have little or no equipment. Depending on the objective of each person, I will design different classes with different dynamics: full body strength, glutes, core, upper body. And cardio.
