About Bettina
I am a student and am in Munich for 5 months for an internship. Perfect to make your everyday life healthier in the long term. I do a lot of sports like swimming, horse riding and regularly give workout lessons for my friends. If you feel like exercise, motivation and delicious, healthy food, then contact me!

I will go through sports units with you and we will see together what you enjoy and where you feel most comfortable. Every weekend I take a few hours for you and like to create sports plans for you during the week. We can cook together and l show you what is important for healthy shopping. I can also create a nutrition plan for your week. If you need me during the week, we can arrange that too.
