About Sarahbeth
I have a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology, a Postgrad Diploma of Teaching, and have two papers towards a Postgrad Diploma in Guidance and Counselling under my belt (general counselling and family and couples counselling).
I spent five years volunteering as a counsellor and mentor for new counsellors at Youthline, ran a depression support meetup group, and I have experience with running small groups as a facilitator.
I also have a wealth of life experience to draw on, as well as a great passion for Psychology and helping people.

I offer a collaborative dynamic based around your needs and goals. Each lesson we will check in with what you want the focus to be, which could be a flow on from previous sessions, or something different. I will gauge what techniques to use based on what I learn about you and what you are hoping to achieve. I will guide you, but ultimately you take the next steps.
