The classes are theoretical and experiential. They show how, with small actions, the results obtained can be improved, both on a personal and professional level. Dynamics will be performed to work with the body and emotions to increase personal self-awareness in these fundamental aspects. There will also be the possibility of accessing Ontological Coaching sessions.
