My teaching method is geared towards empowering the student to be the best they can be. I ascertain the student's way of learning and their goals then tailor my teaching method to their individual needs in a holistic way. I will provide exercises along with information to guide them. My years of experience both in academia and the world of work in diferent areas provides me with the ability to assist people with reaching their goals. A few examples are teaching them how to write academically, set a five year plan, how to work as part of a team, change management, time keeping/tracking project progress, etc.
