About Davina

I’ve always been enthusiastic about camps and workshops because I believe challenging yourself in a strange environment is the best way of walking out of comfort zone and making incredible progress.

I had several relevant working experiences at NOMAD English Speaking Workshop, USAP/ USAD China Station, IFEC ( International Future Envoy Contest ), NHSDLC - American High School Debate Competitions, etc. I enjoy working with young people and these will be my source of motivation and inspiration.

I aim to teach any student who is either afraid or not scared of making mistakes. Because this help you to improve and master a language. It was how I learned! And remember, even native speakers of the language make mistakes as a person!

About the lesson

The most obvious style of my lesson-giving would be I try my best to give the most students can take away in a fun, engaging and creative way within a class of an hour. And the level would preferably be B and B+ based on Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

I obtained teaching certificate in 2019 after finishing the four year English education diploma in Chengdu, China. And I was actively engaged in trainings including workshops hosted by coaches from Wharton Business School, Yale University, etc.

I was working in Meten English overseas department, one of the biggest that focuses on English language training. And through previous works, I gained much experience of helping students making progress day by day.

Besides, I not only mentor students, but also became good friends with them to share troubles and worries with. I have always been consistent in guiding students on their English learning and communication.
