About Elias
With 20+ years of experience as a violin tutor, I have guided around 300 students from different backgrounds and skill levels, including high school, college, and adult learners. My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive and structured environment where students can learn comfortably and progress steadily. I believe that learning music should be both disciplined and enjoyable.
I design each lesson based on the student’s level, goals, and interests. I focus on key areas such as rhythm, pitch accuracy, bowing technique, and musical expression. I make sure to explain every concept in a simple and clear way so students can easily understand and apply it. One of my proud achievements is helping students improve from beginners to confident players who can perform with ease. I also guide students in preparing for exams, performances, and personal goals. My aim is to make learning violin a rewarding experience that builds both skill and confidence.

I approach violin teaching with a focus on communication, flexibility, and practical application. I adapt lessons according to each student’s learning style, level, and goals, ensuring that both technical skills and expressive abilities are developed.
I cover core skills such as posture, bowing, finger placement, intonation, tone production, and phrasing, while integrating creative interpretation and musicality. Lessons include real-life examples such as performing familiar songs, playing along with recordings, and understanding how music conveys emotion.
Alongside violin, I teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, sight-reading, and basic keyboard skills to strengthen overall musicianship. My goal is to make lessons engaging, structured, and motivating, helping students progress confidently and enjoyably.
