About Gemma
I am a dedicated Piano teacher with more than 12 years of experience helping students unlock their musical potential. My students include school children, college learners, and working professionals who want to learn Piano in a supportive and motivating environment.
My teaching approach combines patience, creativity, and structured learning. I customize lessons according to each student's goals and abilities, ensuring a productive and enjoyable learning experience.
My classes cover scales, chords, rhythm training, finger exercises, sight reading, ear training, music theory, improvisation, and performance preparation. I focus on building strong foundations that support long-term musical growth.
Apart from Piano, I teach keyboard techniques and music theory. These additional skills help students understand music more deeply and become independent learners.
I believe that music education should be inspiring and rewarding. Through personalized guidance and continuous support, I help students achieve their goals while developing confidence and creativity.

My teaching style combines communication, creativity, flexibility, patience, and structured learning. I believe piano lessons should be enjoyable while helping students build discipline, confidence, and strong musical skills. Every lesson is planned according to each student's individual learning journey.
Students begin by learning posture, hand position, rhythm, finger exercises, note reading, and music theory. As they improve, they continue with scales, chords, arpeggios, dynamics, pedal techniques, expressive performance, sight reading, and musical interpretation.
I use practical demonstrations, listening activities, and guided practice to explain every concept clearly. Students are encouraged to ask questions, practice consistently, and understand every lesson completely. Regular feedback supports continuous improvement.
Students explore different musical genres while developing creativity through improvisation, accompaniment, and performance activities. These experiences improve musical confidence and artistic expression.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard techniques, rhythm development, ear training, music theory, sight reading, performance preparation, music appreciation, and beginner composition. These related subjects help students become well-rounded musicians.
My objective is to guide students with patience and encouragement while helping them achieve lasting success in piano and music.
