About Nora
Over the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of teaching piano to nearly 300 students. I work with high school students, college learners, and adults, helping them achieve their musical goals with dedication and clarity.
My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding before performance. I ensure students know why they are playing certain notes, how rhythm patterns work, and how dynamics create emotion. Strong technical exercises are included in every lesson to build finger strength and control.
I also encourage creativity by allowing students to explore different musical styles. Many of my students have excelled in recitals, competitions, and academic assessments. I take pride in creating a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported. My goal is to help students become confident and independent pianists.

My piano teaching philosophy focuses on personal growth, flexibility, and steady progress. I understand that each learner develops at a different pace, so I create customised lesson plans. I prioritise correct posture, relaxed technique, hand coordination, rhythm precision, and dynamic expression.
I encourage students to understand the meaning behind the music, not just play the notes. Flexibility allows me to revisit topics when necessary and adjust lesson intensity according to progress.
Collaboration helps students feel involved in their learning journey. I create a positive environment where improvement is celebrated. In addition to piano, I teach theory fundamentals, sight-reading, harmony, and beginner composition.
