About Greer
I have always believed that every student has the ability to succeed in music. With 12 years of experience teaching flute, I have guided school and college students through every stage of their musical journey.
My lessons focus on breathing control, posture, finger coordination, scales, rhythm, tone development, and expressive performance. I create a supportive classroom where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. Throughout my teaching career, I have enjoyed watching beginners become confident performers through dedication and practice.
Besides flute, I teach music theory, ear training, sight reading, rhythm exercises, performance preparation, and beginner keyboard skills to strengthen musical understanding. My mission is to help students build confidence while developing a lifelong love for music.

Learning the flute is a wonderful journey of patience and creativity. My teaching methodology combines Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to help students achieve their musical goals while enjoying every lesson.
I create personalized lesson plans that match each student's learning speed and interests. Students begin by mastering posture, breathing control, note reading, rhythm, finger placement, and tone production. Later, they develop articulation, scales, musical expression, improvisation, and performance skills.
Motivation helps students remain confident throughout their learning journey. Communication makes every lesson simple and interactive through demonstrations and practical exercises. Integrity creates a learning environment based on trust, respect, and equal opportunities for every student.
Creative methods include musical games, duet performances, favorite melodies, ear training, listening sessions, and rhythm challenges. Besides flute, I also teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, and performance coaching.
